Cynthia Lynn Masluk, 41, of Boulder City died Aug. 12.
A resident for 31 years, she was born July 19, 1968, in Lubbock, Texas. She was a 1986 graduate of Boulder City High School and an insurance claims representative.
She is survived by a daughter, Samantha, of Boulder City; parents Richard and Bonnie Masluk of Boulder City; brother Matthew Masluk and wife Allison of Henderson; and niece Hannah Masluk of Henderson.
The family requests memorial donations be made to a charity of the giver's choice.
Services were private.
