July 26 Robbery

Metro Police released video surveillance images yesterday of men wanted in connection with two unrelated robberies on different blocks of Flamingo Road.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying two men who police say on Aug. 6 robbed a business in the 4000 block of West Flamingo Road. One of the men pointed a firearm at an employee and took an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Police are also asking for information in identifying of a man who allegedly robbed a person at an ATM machine last month near the intersection of Flamingo and Pecos roads in the eastern Las Vegas Valley.

Police said that at about 10:30 p.m. on July 26, a man brandished a small frame revolver and demanded belongings from a person at an ATM machine. The man took an undisclosed amount of money before leaving the scene, authorities said.

The suspect is described as black, between 20 and 25 years old and about 170 pounds.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact robbery detectives at 828-3591. Callers wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
