Metro Police are seeking the public’s help locating a 79-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease who has been missing since late Tuesday night.
The man, John Cooper, was last seen by his wife about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when she went to bed, police said. When she woke up the next day, Cooper and the family’s dog were missing. They left sometime during the night in a white, 2001 Cadillac with Ohio plates LIJOHN, police said.
Cooper, who is also on medication for a heart condition, might be trying to find his way back to his old house in Cincinnati, Ohio, police said.
Cooper is 5 feet 3 inches tall and 150 pounds.
