Howard Anthony Stevens, 41, died July 24 in Houston.
A Boulder City resident from the age of 13, he moved to Livingston, Texas, three years ago. He was born Oct. 1, 1967, in Houston.
He is survived by his daughters Mariah and Sydney Stevens of Henderson and Chevy Stevens.
He was preceded in death by Ellen Stevens.
Cochran Funeral Home of Livingston, Texas, handled the arrangements.
