Letter to the editor:
Accountability needed in endoscopy crisis
Thursday, March 6, 2008 | 2 a.m.
Regarding the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada:
I am, as so many other people are, absolutely appalled at the disgraceful actions of the physicians at this center. Another aspect of this that I would like to broach is the subject of the licensed nurses and technicians in this most shameful and disastrously dangerous situation. They also should be held accountable. They knowingly participated even though they were “just following orders.”
In my estimation this does not hold water. After all, they also knew the risks to each and every patient they injected from used syringes and used vials.
And last, God forbid, should a patient treated at any of the clinics die from the incompetence of these physicians, nurses and technicians, they should be charged with capital murder.

I fully agree,,,there is NO EXCUSE for what has happened.
Capital murder is too swift for these people.
As so many in this valley and all over that have been to these clinics, am awaiting husbands results.
May God be with all of us innocent victims of this bio-terriosim inflicked on us by our own state and people.
My prayers are with you all~Have Faith not in the system but in the one and only who knows who did all of this to us and will judge!
We may never find out every one of these nurses and drs that did this,,,but God knows!
