Nevada OSHA confirmed Tuesday afternoon that it had received the letter from the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration describing the outcome of a year-long investigation into Nevada OSHA's handling of the Orleans case.
The fedOSHA letter requests that Nevada OSHA respond within 30 days with a review of the agency's policies and procedures, detailing corrective actions Nevada OSHA intends to take.
Nevada OSHA did not respond to Sun requests for comment Monday. On Tuesday, Nevada OSHA said it was currently reviewing the report and will provide responses to fedOSHA regarding all of the recommendations.

Corrective actions? Hey NV OSHA, how about you correct all the wrongdoings in this case so that my family and the other 2 can get justice? Do the right thing.
