A story Monday said that because the Turnberry Place condominiums and the Fontainebleau Las Vegas development are zoned H-1 for resort use, the required setback for Fontainebleau's garage is only 10 feet from Turnberry's property line. The setback requirement is 10 feet because Turnberry Place is a multifamily residential use, not because it is in an H-1 zone.
