HIGH-RISERS LIVE IT UP

Residents of high-rise condos near the Strip have some advice for the folks who are dropping $5 million to live high up in CityCenter.
First, remember you're not in suburbia anymore. In a Strip high rise, the views, the excitement, the access to everything Vegas is as far from Green Valley as Italian marble is from stucco.
And homeowner association dues? You're looking at $3,000 per month.
But the air smells better on the 20th floor and the muffled city noises sound like a purring kitten.
Still, there are tricks to living the urban, high-rise lifestyle.
Richard Worthington, a five-year veteran of condo living at Park Towers and the president of the Molasky Group of Cos., offers some insights.
Where do you buy your groceries? "The nanny gets 'em."
Is it difficult, dragging a bag of trash downstairs on garbage day? "I walk 10 steps down the hall and drop it in a chute."
Where's the nearest barber? Walk down to the spa, or call for a stylist to come up.
Where do you walk the dog? What dog?
Nostalgic for a lawn? Visit your friends in suburbia.
