Regarding the Las Vegas Sun's Feb. 7 story, "Hit me - with a snack":
OK, let me get this straight. A small bar that has less than 15 slots cannot serve food if it allows smoking. However, a large casino that can allow smoking on the floor can now serve food to the slot and table players.
Double standard?
The smoking-ban law is so wrong for so many reasons. Who profits the most, of course, are the corporate casinos -and the small bars have to lay off the kitchen employees just to try to somehow compete.
