StumbleLetter: Taking English-only to the extreme

If these English-only Americans get their way, does that mean some names will have to change?
San Jose will become St. Joe, Santa Barbara will become Saint Babs, Los Angeles will become The Angels, San Francisco will become Saint Frank, Las Vegas will become The Meadows, San Diego will become St. James, San Ramon will become St. Raymond, etc.
Also, does that mean President Bush, along with California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, will have to learn to speak correct English?
