Is it a victory for Nevadans for Nevada (as opposed to Neva- dans for California) or Nevada Tomorrow (why does that song from "Annie" keep coming to mind with this group?) or Tax and Spending Control (a yawner of a name, by comparison)? That is, when a judge said Thursday that the Nevadans for Nevada folks have to be polite when trying to squash TASC, so Nevada Tomorrow doesn't have to spend the hundreds of thousands it has raised to defeat it at the ballot, who won? Seems the opponents did because the TASC folks got no extra time and can still be politely harassed. The harassers will come out tomorrow. Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow there'll be harassers. At least until June 20.
