Transition. It's a funny word. Does it mean evolution or devolution, metamorphosis or mutation? Depends. So what to make of Gov.-elect Jim Gibbons' transition team. Which of the aforementioned is it? The group is packed with folks who have expertise, folks who are legislators and might be offended if they were not picked and folks who are there just as window dressing and have no apparent purpose. But why so many people 21 alone on the so-called education working group? This really is something to behold will we also have stuffed working groups for health care, the environment, social programs? Perhaps we should be thankful, though. Never has there been a candidate who said less about so much. So now we have many to say a lot.
