A 24-year-old Las Vegas woman was arrested Sunday for allegedly killing her boyfriend, Metro Police said.
Geneva Dorsey called 911 about 5:45 a.m. and reported that she stabbed her boyfriend, Rickey D. Jones Jr., 23, of Las Vegas.
Police went to her apartment in the 2200 block of South Fort Apache Road near Rampart Boulevard and found Jones dead of numerous stab wounds. Dorsey was given medical treatment for cuts she suffered in the attack, police said.
Dorsey was being held this morning at the Clark County Detention Center.
