Centennial celebration

Here is a list of major Las Vegas Centennial Celebration events this weekend:
-- Free concerts at the Fremont Street Experience by Paul Revere and the Raiders and Asleep at the Wheel at 9 p.m.
-- Free concerts by Pam Tillis and Chubby Checker at Fremont Street Experience at 9 p.m.
-- Construction of the Worlds Largest Birthday Cake, 3 a.m.-2 p.m., at Cashman Center Exhibit Hall A at Las Vegas Boulevard and Washington Avenue. Viewing will be 2 p.m.- 5 p.m. The cutting ceremony is scheduled for 5:15 p.m.
-- Birthday celebration at Cashman Field, 6-10 p.m. Kool and the Gang will perform a free concert followed by a fireworks show.
