Richard A. Brown

Richard A. Brown, 63, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A security officer at a condo, he was born April 19, 1941, in Kansas.

He is survived by one daughter, Dev-Ray Yarbrough of Georgia; two sons, John Anthony Brown of Illinois and Michael Brown of Georgia; one brother, Frederick M. Brown of Nevada; two sisters, Helen Robinson and Linda Jenkins, both of California; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a noon service Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. A private burial will follow.

C. Lynn Burleson

C. Lynn Burleson, 65, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born July 31, 1939, in Los Angeles. A resident for 63 years, she was a retired registered nurse.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Bowman of North Las Vegas and Christi Burleson-Skinner of Flint, Mich.

Visitation is private. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Roman Castellanos

Roman Castellanos, 62, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 13, 1942, in Mexico. A resident for 35 years, he was a baker in the casino industry.

He is survived by one daughter, Jackie Castellanos; two sons, Victor R. Castellanos and Carlos R. Castellanos, both of Las Vegas; six sisters; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Ruben Delgado

Ruben Delgado, 29, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 30, 1975, in Mexico. A resident for 20 years, he was a construction supervisor.

He is survived by his wife, Berenice; his parents, Luciano and Manuela Delgado, one sister, Elsa Camacho, two brothers, Victor Delgado and Joel Delgado, and his grandparents, Edmundo and Camerina Delgado, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 2-9 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

James Dennis

James Dennis, 66, of Las Vegas died March 7 in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 27, 1939, in Alabama. A resident for 30 years, he was an insurance agent for a casino and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Castellano; one son, Byron Dennis; two daughters, Yvette Kimberly Dennis Mosley and Adrienne Chapman; two sisters, Anna Mae Dennis and Ruby Dennis; and five grandchildren.

Services were scheduled at 1:20 p.m. today in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Olivia Honor Franzese

Olivia Honor Franzese, 8, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 12, 1996, in Las Vegas. She was a student at Doris Hancock Elementary School.

She is survived by her parents, Ronald and Kristi Franzese, and two brothers, Mario and Lorenzo, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 2-8 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive.

Mary K. Law

Mary K. Law, 84, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. She was born March 24, 1920, in Mexico, Mo. A resident for 16 years, she was an elementary school teacher.

She is survived by two sons, Charles Law of Las Vegas and Michael G. Law of Naperville, Ill.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Clarke G. 'Bud' Lawson

Clarke G. "Bud" Lawson, 76, of Las Vegas died March 7 in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 6, 1928, in Benewah County, Idaho. He was an equipment manager at Nevada Test Site, a veteran of the Army's 82nd Airborne, and a member of the Scottish Rite Masons and Zelzah Shrine Temple.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; four sons, John C. Lawson, J. Chad Lawson and Matthew D. Lawson, all of Las Vegas, and J. Clay Lawson of Gilbert, Ariz., one daughter, Nancee J. Lawson; one brother, Richard Lawson of Tensed, Idaho; and two sisters, Jessie Daily and Ruth Chromer, both of Spokane, Wash.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Aaron 'Hollywood' Matusek

Aaron "Hollywood" Matusek, 14, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 10, 1990, in Newport Beach, Calif. A resident for 10 years, he was a high school student, a mini stock car race driver at Pahrump Valley Speedway, a Palo Verde High School student and an organ donor.

He is survived by his parents, Ron and Sharon Reid-Matusek of Las Vegas; three brothers, Michael Matusek of Weatherford, Okla., Henry Matusek of Burbank, Calif., and Matthew Reid of Fort Worth, Texas; and two sisters, Katrina Reyes of Phoenix and Amy Reid of Fort Myers, Fla.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.

Dolores McGinnis

Dolores McGinnis, 91, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 5, 1913, in California. A resident for 60 years, she was a cashier at the Nevada Test Site and a member of the Salvation Army.

She is survived by one daughter, Danielle Cecich of Las Vegas; two sons, Earl Grant of Bakersville, Calif., and Gayle Grant of Barnum, Minn.; one brother, Danny Danbacker of Vacaville, Calif.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Graveside services will be noon Friday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.

Frank M. Muscari

Frank M. Muscari, 56, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 23, 1948, in Chicago. A resident for 31 years, he was a parts manager for a taxicab company, a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran and a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1002.

He is survived by two sons, Frank Muscari Jr. of Ash Grove, Mo., and James Muscari of Las Vegas; one daughter, Melissa Muscari of Las Vegas; his parents, Anthony and Jennie Muscari of Las Vegas; three brothers, Anthony Muscari of Lenexa, Kan., Nick Muscari of Henderson and Matt Muscari of Las Vegas; one sister, Kay Tripani of Anthem, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.

Brian Arthur Reitz

Brian Arthur Reitz, 40, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. A plumber, he was born Dec. 17, 1964, in California.

He is survived by one daughter, Lauren; his parents, William A. and Patricia Reitz; one brother, Robert; and one sister, Pamela.

Madrid Gabriel Sama

Madrid Gabriel Sama, 17, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 17, 1987, in Miami. A resident for 16 years, he was a car wash cashier.

He is survived by his mother, Toni J. Reyes, and two sisters, Paris M. Mickelson and Briana L. Reyes, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Gary C. Sama of Henderson and Carlos E. Sama of Las Vegas; and his grandmother, Betty Armour of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Mass will be celebrated 12:30 p.m. Friday in St. Anne Catholic Church, 1901 S. Maryland Parkway.

Charles 'Jack' Stone

Charles "Jack" Stone, 83, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 26, 1922, in Norman, Okla. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired owner-operator of a printing firm and a World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Bea; three daughters, Deborah Stone of San Diego and Sandy Taylor and Drendia King, both of Garland, Texas; two sons, Phil Stone of Reno and Ronald Stone of North Shores, Mich.; and 11 grandchildren.

Rogelio Abella Tan

Rogelio Abella Tan, 65, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. A retired police officer, he was born June 22, 1939, in the Philippines.

He is survived by his wife, Yolanda; and two sons, Rhigel and Rhandell.

Rita Therrien

Rita Therrien, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A casino employee, she was born Jan. 16, 1929, in Maine.

She is survived by two sisters, Lorraine Dubois and Ferne Pilon.

Felomena V. Todd

Felomena V. Todd, 60, of Las Vegas died March 3 in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 11, 1944, in Honolulu. A resident for five years, she was a bank loan adjuster.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce; one daughter, Veronica M. Salley of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Laraine Olivares of Honolulu and Candie Springer of Sacramento.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Tito L. Valdez Sr.

Tito L. Valdez Sr., 71, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 6, 1934, in Robstown, Texas. A resident for 2 1/2 years, he was a retired electronics engineer for an aircraft manufacturer and a Korean War and Vietnam War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Eloise G.; three daughters, Patricia Vasquez and Rebecca Freed, both of Henderson, and Cynthia Lerma of Norco, Calif.; two sons, Tito L. Valdez Jr. of Henderson and Joseph Valdez of Long Beach, Calif.; four sisters, Maria Gonzales and Gloria Boria, both of Clovis, Calif., Elida Garza of San Antonio and Martha Magdeleno of Salinas, Calif.; five brothers, Joe Valdez Jr. of Robstown, Ascencion Valdez of Merced, Calif., John Valdez of Modesto, Calif., Robert Valdez of San Francisco and Ray Valdez of Fresno, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Dennis Wash, 40, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born July 6, 1964, in Mississippi. A resident for 23 years, he was a hotel cook.

He is survived by four daughters, Keyana Wash, Sharde Wash, Shanice Wash and Evonna Wash, and one son, Devont'e Wash, all of North Las Vegas; two brothers, Charles Wash and Chuck Wash, both of Mississippi; and five sisters, Helen Johnson of Wisconsin, Ruth Wash of North Las Vegas and Brenda Anderson, Grace Evans and Sandra Butler, all of Mississippi.

Reginald E.P. Williams

Reginald E.P. Williams, 16, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 12, 1989, in Alabama. A resident for three years, he was a student at Centennial High School.

He is survived by his parents, Regia and Michelle W. Price, and one sister, Teresia Retledge, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, Alex Price and Darrion Williams, both of Alabama, and Josha Fennell of Tennessee; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Clines and Marie Price, all of Alabama.
