SANTA FE -- Compulsive gamblers could voluntarily have themselves excluded from casinos under legislation the Senate approved unanimously on Friday.
Gamblers who want casinos to refuse them access could put their names on a voluntary exclusion list to be kept by the casino and the Gaming Control Board.
If they entered the casinos and refused to leave, they could be charged with trespassing.
