Boyd Gaming Corp. has elected Michael Gaughan and Thomas Girardi to its board of directors.
Gaughan, 61, is chief executive of Coast Casinos, a division of Boyd Gaming. Girardi, 65, is an attorney and partner with the Los Angeles law firm Girardi & Keese.
Boyd Gaming had previously announced plans to add to its board with last year's acquisition of Coast Casinos Inc.
