Goodman plans State of the City

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman will deliver the annual State of the City address 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Golden Nugget Pavilion.

Goodman is expected to report on the state of the city and its government, discuss its accomplishments and deliver a vision of the future. He will also reflect on the community's upcoming 100th birthday May 15.

Cox Communications will provide a live audio and video feed of the entire proceeding, beginning 5 p.m. Cox Cable will air the address live on Channel 96. The program and address will also be carried live on KCLV Channel 2 (Las Vegas public access). Rebroadcasts of the address will air on KCLV 6 p.m. Wednesday, 6 a.m. Thursday, 3 a.m Jan. 14, 7 a.m. Jan. 15 4 p.m. Jan. 16 and 9 p.m. Jan. 18.
