A Sikorsky S-64E Skycrane helicopter lifts the base of the new Insanity thrill ride this morning near the Stratosphere Tower. Because of windy conditions, the helicopter aborted the installation, but officials said another attempt would be Wednesday. Four pieces of the ride must be lifted to the top of the tower using an extended 130 feet of cable.
