Isn't it amazing a few weeks after reading that the federal government was going to investigate the oil companies for gouging that the prices started to go down and down. As usual, if found guilty of price gouging, they will gladly pay a fine of a few million dollars while banking untold billions of dollars.
How come the oil companies can raise prices when they have any kind of problem, but when I was in business and had an equipment problem, it was the cost of doing business? I couldn't raise prices on my customers. I should have had a business that was part of an oligopoly like the oil companies.
