The Hot Rod Hill Automotive Center, home of Hot Rod Bar & Grill and custom auto design shops, sold for $13.65 million.
Cesar A. Talavera and Tina D. Taylor with Marcus & Millichap's Las Vegas office represented the seller in the transaction, RPM LLC. Perry White, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer, WA-HRH Acquisitions LLC.
The 65,563-square foot retail/auto center was built in 2003 and is located at 1231 to 1251 American Pacific Drive in Henderson.
