The Clark County coroner's office identified the 3-year-old who was killed in a vehicle accident at the Las Vegas Beltway and Losee Road on Monday night as Victoria Lynn Dudley.
Dudley was killed when the Dodge Caravan in which she was riding collided with a Ford Explorer that had allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said the girl was not in a child seat at the time of the accident.
