Beazer Homes and the Belle Esprit Homeowners Association reached a $723,000 settlement in a lawsuit that alleged common area construction defects, an attorney for the association said Tuesday.
Beazer Homes officials could not be reached for comment.
The lawsuit alleged defects that included lighting problems in the common areas, asphalt cracks and deterioration and separations between the concrete walls and the buildings, Thomas E. Miller, attorney for the association, said.
The neighborhood involved in the lawsuit is located at Richmar Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard South.
