Steve Wynn's Wynn Resorts Ltd. today said it completed the previously disclosed secondary public offering of 7 million shares of its common stock at a price of $38.75 per share. The net proceeds to Wynn Resorts, after deducting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses, were $267.9 million. The funds will pay off some debt, finance development activity in the Chinese city of Macau and for general corporate purposes.
