A Clark County grand jury indicted a Las Vegas man Friday on charges stemming from a string of robberies of Las Vegas area businesses.
The indictment, unsealed before District Judge Michael Douglas, charges Larry Ulysses Beavers with 21 felonies, including robbery, attempted first-degree kidnapping and burglary, all with a deadly weapon.
The charges stem from seven robberies last May. Some of the stores hit included an Albertsons on South Rainbow Boulevard, a United Parcel Service on West Lake Mead Boulevard and a Cellular Superstore.
