A man wanted in Utah on charges of sexual exploitation, for allegedly possessing child pornography, was arrested in North Las Vegas Tuesday.
Harry James Sutter, 50, was arrested at a post office by members of the U.S. Marshal-led Nevada Fugitive Investigative Strike Team.
On Dec. 3 Sutter was indicted in Tooele County, Utah, on charges that he downloaded more than 600 images of child pornography to his government computer at the Army's Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah.
Utah officials investigating Sutter also allege that he bragged about traveling to Mexico for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with underage girls and he was also planning a trip to Russia for the same reasons.
Sutter was booked into the Clark County jail, where he will await extradition to Utah.
