Construction continues on The Shops at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. The $45 million shops, just east of the Green Valley Ranch Station Casino, are scheduled to open in April. The Shops at Green Valley Ranch is a 400,000-square-foot mixed-use complex, incorporating shops, restaurants, apartments and offices. There will be 88 loft and flat-style apartments above the retail areas. There will be 25,000 square feet of office space above the retail and 60,000 square feet of office space in a freestanding building being built just east of the shops.
The shops are being developed by American Nevada Company. The Greenspun family owns American Nevada and the Las Vegas Sun. The family is also a partner in Green Valley Ranch Station Casino.
