Office park construction continues

Construction continues at the site of Rancho Courtyard office park at 1117, 1139 and 1145 S. Rancho Dr. near Charleston Boulevard.

The site is in an area where not much new office park construction has been done in recent years. Rancho Courtyard will feature three 10,000 square foot buildings designed in a Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie Style to enhance the surrounding old ranch style neighborhood.

Dave Mason Realty is developing the park and Crisci Builders is responsible for the construction. Mayor Oscar Goodman, in a statement issued by Mason, said: "It's just another indication that the core of the city is on the rise and that economic development in the center of town is alive and well." Mason said space will be ready for occupancy in May and added, "Rancho Courtyard is going to be the first of its kind in central Las Vegas."
