Fairfield Resorts has opened a second time share tower at its Grand Desert Resort in Las Vegas. The 329-unit Bella Torre tower opened in mid-September at the property on Harmon Avenue, just east of Koval Lane between the Las Vegas Strip and Paradise Road. The property opened its first tower, the Primo Torre, in July 2001. The Grand Desert Resort now has 599 units with up to four bedrooms at the property, owned by Fairfield Resorts Inc., Orlando, Fla.
