'Inspector Gadget' prowls NLV park
As part of the North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Department's Movie Madness Series, "Inspector Gadget" will be shown at 7 p.m. today at Joe Kneip Park, 2127 McCarran St.
The community is encouraged to pack a picnic basket and come out to enjoy the movie event.

The American Cancer Society
is hosting its fourth annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fund-raising walk from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at J.W. Marriott, 221 N. Rampart Blvd. Call 798-6877, Ext. 33.
