Shareholders of Park Place Entertainment Corp. today voted to approve management's recommendation to change the name of the company to Caesars Entertainment Inc. The change is scheduled to take effect in January 2004, when the firm will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under its new ticker symbol (CZR).
