'All for Women Expo'
The city of Las Vegas presents the "All for Women Expo" from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Veterans Memorial Leisure Services Center, 101 Pavilion Center Drive. Admission is free. 229-1108.
Poets' Corner
Poets Corner, a series featuring established poets and open-mike participants, continues at 7 p.m. today at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 West Lake Mead Blvd. Admission is free. 229-4800.
Workshop
Mujahid Ramadan will instruct young men in the principles of rites of passage in America in a workshop entitled, "Putting the Man Back in the Hood: Manhood," from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd. Admission is free. 229-4800.
Movie in the Park
The city of Las Vegas presents "Movie in the Park" from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. today at the Cimarron Rose Community Center, 5591 N. Cimarron Road. Bring lawn chairs and/or blankets. The event moves inside in inclement weather. 229-1607.
Cultural festival
Durango High School presents "Ye Olde World Culture Feste 2003" from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 7100 W. Dewey Drive. The event features singing, dancing, music, storytelling, games and more. Admission is $3 or $2 in advance. Proceeds benefit Durango's Performing Arts and Student Organizations. 799-5850.
Children's programs
A variety of children's programs on Native American Culture are planned this week as part of Native American Heritage Month. All are free, but pre-registration is required for some events:

Acting workshops
The New City Theatre, 2900 Patrick Lane, is offering free acting workshops for those over the age of 18 from 1-3 p.m. every Saturday. 547-1228.
Drama workshop
A free community drama workshop will be held from 2-4 p.m. Wednesdays in the main showroom of the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, 4000 W. Flamingo Road. 457-0234.
