CARSON CITY -- Gov. Kenny Guinn Wednesday announced the appointment of Bonnie Bryan, wife of former U.S. Sen. Richard Bryan, to the state Board of Dental Examiners.
Bryan of Las Vegas will be the public representative on the board that regulates the dental profession.
Guinn also named former Assemblyman Jack Close of Las Vegas to the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
Bryan and Close are two of the 33 people from Clark County who were appointed or reappointed to state boards or commissions. The governor announced 66 appointments statewide.
