Jay McDonagh passed for 311 yards and five touchdowns to lead the Las Vegas Gladiators past the Buffalo Destroyers 50-32 Sunday in an Arena Football League game.
Mike Horacek had 14 catches for 182 yards and three touchdowns for the Gladiators (4-4).
Las Vegas took control with a 19-point second quarter. Linebacker Frank Carter and lineman Richard McCleskey tackled Buffalo quarterback Jeff Loots in the end zone for a safety late in the period, putting the Gladiators ahead 26-14.
The Destroyers (3-5) lost their fourth consecutive game and were without Loots for the fourth quarter because of a sprained right thumb.
