Arthritis group plans youth camp

The Arthritis Foundation is seeking campers and counselors for its summer camp called Camp Sol, specifically for children with arthritis and related diseases.

The camp is a four-day, three-night sleepover camp for children 8-17 with any form of juvenile arthritis or rheumatic disease. Sessions run from Aug. 11 through Aug. 14.

The camp provides safe activities that are fun and challenging.

Programs are designed to help campers make new friends, improve self-esteem and discover new skills and interests.
