StumbleCapitol Police buy bikes for children

For the second year in a row, the 31 officers of the Nevada Capitol Police in Carson City have dipped into their own pockets to buy "bikes for tykes" as Christmas presents for needy children.
Chief Brad Valladon said 16 new bicycles have been purchased and will be given to the Salvation Army of Carson City and Project Santa Claus of Douglas County for distribution at a ceremony Friday on the front steps of the Capitol.
