Arrest made in tanning-video case

Officers from Metro Police's fugitive unit arrested a man Friday on charges of secretly videotaping women inside his Phoenix tanning salon last year, Metro Sgt. Dan Flaherty said.

Eric Ivan Terry was arrested at Fort Apache Road and Tropicana Avenue after the fugitive unit responded to a tip. Terry had two false identification cards in the name of David Jay Terry, police said.

Phoenix Police say that last year a tanning salon customer discovered a hidden videocamera pointing in the direction of the tanning beds.
