Stock’s overtime goal lifts Rebels to victory

Freshman midfielder Mark Stock scored in overtime to lift the UNLV men's soccer team to a 2-1 victory over Cal Poly in the final game of the University of New Mexico Tournament on Sunday.
UNLV freshman Salvatore Wise scored off a pass from sophomore Brendon Bain with 14 minutes left in regulation to knot the game 1-1.
The Rebels (3-3) will next host the UNLV/FILA Classic on Friday and Saturday at Peter Johann Memorial Field. UC Riverside meets Central Florida at 5 p.m. and UNLV plays Hofstra at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
