Because of an error by the Sun, a story in Tuesday's Metro section incorrectly reported the action of the Clark County Air Pollution Control Hearing Board. The hearing board delayed any action in the case of the Three Kids Mine just east of Henderson pending further inspection.
The Sun regrets the error.
