Fernando Guzman and Jennifer Elliot are vying for the open seat in Department L.
Guzman, 53, is a Family Court hearing master who has served as Clark County deputy district attorney and has practiced domestic law. Guzman said his experience in Family Court has taught him to be fair and impartial in his decisions.
Elliot, 44, is owner of PeaceTalk Conflict Resolution and Counseling Services. The single mother of two is a Supreme Court settlement judge and an arbitrator for District Court.
