51s outlast Oklahoma in 14-inning marathon

Mike Kinkade had an RBI single in the 14th inning as Las Vegas beat Oklahoma 6-5 Thursday in a Pacific Coast League game at Oklahoma City.

Kinkade's game-winning hit came off Rob Bell, who the Texas Rangers optioned to the RedHawks on Wednesday.

Eric Cole hit a two-run homer in the second to put Oklahoma up 2-1. Jason Romano added an RBI triple, then scored on a balk in the fifth to make it 4-1 RedHawks.

Las Vegas scored three unearned runs -- two on an error and one on a wild pitch -- and Joe Thurston hit an RBI-triple in the seventh inning to tie the game at 5.

Jeff Williams (4-2) was the winner, allowing just one hit in four innings. Jesus Pena (0-1) allowed one run on three hits in 1 1/3 innings.
