Harrah's Entertainment Inc. of Las Vegas on Wednesday named Barbara Alexander, a senior adviser to brokerage firm UBS Warburg, to its board of directors.
Alexander formerly served as a managing director of UBS Warburg, and headed the construction and furnishing group of its corporate finance department. Previously, she served as a securities analyst covering the housing industry.
Alexander's appointment expands the gaming company's board of directors from 11 to 12.
