What country will launch these "dreaded" missiles? The North Koreans have or will soon have a missile that will reach Alaska. What will they do with it, assuming they have the nerve to launch it, take out a few polar bears? Meanwhile we will be diverting billions of dollars that could be used for much more worthwhile projects. This is defense planning at its worst, a Maginot Line with no real enemy.
