Vestin Group Inc. announced its common stock has been approved for trading on the Nasdaq National Market effective today.
Following the move from the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the commercial mortgage company's stock will continue to trade under the symbol VSTN.
The Las Vegas company's stock traded at $8.40 this morning, up 8 cents from its Thursday closing price of $8.32.
"Moving up to the Nasdaq National Market demonstrates yet again our sound fundamentals and consistent growth performance," Mike Shustek, Vestin Group chairman and CEO, said.
