Wunderlich reaches settlement in lawsuit
Friday, May 11, 2001 | 10:26 a.m.
Former UNLV women's basketball player Amy Wunderlich has reached an out-of-court settlement in her lawsuit against the university.
Wunderlich sued UNLV over a 1999 incident in which she claimed former Lady Rebel assistant coach Lisa Rathbun attacked her in practice while the two were scimmaging. Rathbun was re-assigned after the incident and is no longer at UNLV.
When contacted by the Sun Thursday, Wunderlich refused comment, referring questions to her attorney.
