The UNLV baseball team scored four runs in the 10th inning to defeat Brigham Young 8-5 Thursday night in Provo. With the win, the Rebels improve to 22-29, 13-15 in the Mountain West Conference. The Cougars fall to 32-19, 19-8 in league play.
Reliever Joe Maruffi (1-1) picked up his first win of the season, pitching 1 1/3 innings and giving up one run on one hit with two strikeouts.
