Cardellis Barrett

Cardellis Barrett, 76, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 26, 1924, in Fordyce, Ark. A resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Jimmy Donovan Barrett of Las Vegas; two sisters, Lillian Harris of Los Angeles and Helen Goodwin of Fordyce; one brother, Benny Goodwin of Eldorado; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled1-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, Downtown. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday in Bunkers Eden Vale Memorial Park.

Francis J. Basile

Francis J. Basile, 72, of Las Vegas died March 9 in Las Vegas. He was born June 9, 1928, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired printer for a printing company and a Korean War Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Rose; one daughter, Jeanette Andrews of Las Vegas; one brother, John Basile of Brooklyn; and two grandchildren.

Services were 10 a.m. today in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. Graveside services were 12:30 p.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., handled arrangements.

O. Benton Bissell

O. Benton Bissell, 83, of Las Vegas Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 14, 1917, in Saxtons Rivers, Vt. A resident for 31 years, he was a retired personnel administrator for the U.S. Postal Service, retired Army colonel and an active bridge club member.

He is survived by three sons, Keith Bissell, Glenn Bissell and Gary Bissell; one daughter, Andrea Bissell; one sister, Mary Bissell VanWyck; and five grandchildren.

Memorial military honors will be performed at a later date. Neptune Society of Nevada, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, Building 5, handled arrangements.

Stella Chyrywaty

Stella Chyrywaty, 87, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 16, 1913, in Rome, N.Y. A resident for 1 1/2 years, she was a homemaker and volunteered at the Bethany House in Rome.

She is survived by one daughter, Joan Von Schimmelmann of Las Vegas; two sons, Joseph Chyrywaty of Slingerlands, N.Y., and Michael Chyrywaty of Rome; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

James Edward 'Jim' Coleman

James Edward "Jim" Coleman, 81, of Houston died Tuesday in Houston. He was born Jan. 18, 1920, in Kansas City, Kan. A former 20 year resident, he was a retired iron worker for a steel company, World War II Army veteran and a member of the Sunset Park Horseshoe Club and Ironworkers Union.

He is survived by one daughter, Judy Fischer of Silverspring, Md.; two sons, James Coleman of Henderson and Daniel Coleman of Houston; one sister, Anna Bergman of Shawnee, Kan.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Albert Willie Davidson Sr.

Albert Willie Davidson Sr., 46, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 24, 1953, in Lake Providence, La. A resident for 35 years, he was a driver for Silver State and a member of Apostle of Cornerstone Training Center.

He is survived by four sons, Aaron Davidson, Albert Davidson Jr., Alfredo Davidson and Andre Davidson, two daughters, LaTina Davidson Regan and Catrina Davidson, his parents, Lizza and Eddie Wide, five brothers, Eddie Wide Jr., Anthony Wide, Robbie Wide, Larry and Eddie Davidson, and two sisters, Annie and Shelia Wide, all of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. today in Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 Las Vegas Blvd., North, Las Vegas. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

David Scott 'Big Dog' Dearman

David Scott "Big Dog" Dearman, 45, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. He was born June 5, 1955, in Los Alamos, N.M. A resident for 38 years, he was a welder for the Clark County School District, Vietnam Army veteran and a member of the Honor Guard.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela; three sons, Nicholas, John and Christopher, all of Henderson; his parents, Jean and Henry Dearman of Las Vegas; and one brother, Mark Dearman of Carpinteria, Calif.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. March 24 in Highland Hills Baptist Church, 615 College Drive, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Bertha Dragovich

Bertha Dragovich, 82, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 21, 1918, in Weriton, W.Va. A longtime resident, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Joseph Dragovich of Milton, W.Va.; and one daughter, Marsha Dangleis of Las Vegas.

Inge K. Fischer

Inge K. Fischer, 79, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born May 19, 1921, in Germany. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one son, Peter Fischer of Las Vegas; and one granddaughter.

William 'Bill' Gray

William "Bill" Gray, 71, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 24, 1929, in Tulsa, Okla. A resident for 12 years, he was a civil engineer for an engineering firm and a Korean War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by one daughter, Sarah Harada of Havre, Mont.; one son, George Gray of Thermopolis, Wyo.; two stepdaughters, Peri Lathrop of Casper, Wyo., and Nanette Sommers of Houston; one sister, Anna Grayson of Tulsa, Okla.; and six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Willie James

Willie James, 45, of Las Vegas died March 5 in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 22, 1955, in Newellton, La. A resident for many years, he was a construction worker.

He is survived by his parents, Issac and Mary King; four brothers, Henry Mason, Joseph, James and Roosevelt King, all of Las Vegas; and three sisters, Earnestine Whaley, Theresa King and Patricia Watson, all of Las Vegas.

Services were 11 a.m. today in Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 Las Vegas Blvd., North, Las Vegas, NV 89030. Burial was private.

Reba Anna Jones

Reba Anna Jones, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 5, 1910, in New York. A resident for 11 years, she was a business owner.

She is survived by one stepdaughter, Rebecca Graham of Riverside, Calif.

Albert 'George ' Jurgens

Albert 'George ' Jurgens, 84, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 18, 1916, in Chicago. A resident for 14 years, he had retired from the construction industry.

He is survived by one son, Kevin Sweeney of New Mexico.

Donald Koski

Donald Koski, 52, of Las Vegas died Tuesday. He was born Jan. 28, 1949, in Marquette, Mich. A resident for 26 years, he was an artist.

He is survived by one daughter, Tiffany Andres of Bothell, Wash.; his mother, Evelyn Koski of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Kenneth Koski and Michael Koski, both of Santa Maria, Calif.

A memorial service was 12:30 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.

Ernest Wayne Ledbetter

Ernest Wayne Ledbetter, 62, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born April 30, 1938, of Arkansas. A resident for 39 years, he was a retired lathe operator in the industrial industry and a Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; three daughters, Eleanor Marie Ledbetter, Mary Ellen Julanio and Samantha Kay Kardos; four sons, David, Rick, Delwin and Martin; two sisters, Lenora McKenny and Maryann Gibson; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. services Monday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

Frankie Lewis

Frankie Lewis, 69, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 31, 1932, in Oklahoma. A resident for 26 years, she was a retired hotel guest room attendant and a member of the Elks Club.

She is survived by three daughters, Helen Lavender of Chino, Calif., and Barbara Cherry and Linda Ficklin, both of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.

Anna McConnell

Anna McConnell, 74, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born March 19, 1926, in Arkansas. A resident for 39 years, she was an administrator for the civil service and a madam past president of the Women's Fraternal Order of Eagles, Area No. 1213, ladies auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Allen; one son, Donald Liverman; two brothers, Warren McGee and Peter McGee; one sister, Arleta Conners; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Anne Monaco

Anne Monaco, 82, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 3, 1919, in Gaylord, Mich. A resident for 62 years, she was a retired food server.

She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Stanford of Henderson and Faye Marcee and Jeri Ann Ross, both of Las Vegas; three sisters, Julia Lynch of Hemlock, Mich., Marge Petrowski of Flushing, Mich., and Carrie Coulter of Hart, Mich.; two brothers, Syl Wojtkowiak and Raymond Wojtkowiak, both of Gaylord; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Edna Elizabeth Munhall

Edna Elizabeth Munhall, 95, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 16, 1905, in Idaho. A resident for 47 years, she was a self-employed beautician/manicurist, past president of the State Board of Cosmetology and has worked with six different governors.

She is survived by one daughter, Grace Munhall of Las Vegas; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled noon until 1:30 p.m. services Saturday in the Crestwood Ward LDS Church at 8th Street and Franklin. Burial will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Jessie Lee 'Pool' Noble

Jessie Lee "Pool" Noble, 68, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in North Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 22, 1932, in Terrell, Texas. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired laborer in the construction industry.

He is survived by one sister, Alma Perry of North Las Vegas; one brother, John Henry Noble of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. graveside services today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Ronald L. Patrick

Ronald L. Patrick, 61, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 12, 1939, in Lagotee, Ind. A longtime resident, he was a tool and die maker in the automotive industry.

He is survived by his wife, Susan.

Anna May Phillips, 78, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born May 31, 1922, in Minnesota. A resident for eight years, she was a human resources manager in Seattle.

She is survived by one son, Rufus Carson of Minneapolis.

Ruth Irene Robbins

Ruth Irene Robbins, 75, of Las Vegas died March 6 in a local hospital. She was born April 9, 1925, in New Jersey. A resident for 15 years, she was in the accounting business.

She is survived by her husband, Howard; one daughter, Howard E. Robbins Jr.; one daughter, Janet McClurg; one brother, Edwin Snow; and six grandchildren.

Adrienne E. Santor

Adrienne E. Santor, 64, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 15, 1937, in New York City. A resident for 27 years, she was a retired hair stylist.

She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Santoro, and one sister, Barbara Mathys, both of Las Vegas.

Donald Thomas Stanton

Donald Thomas Stanton, 79, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 2, 1921, in Ticonderoga, N.Y. A resident for eight years, he was a pool construction worker for Anthony Pools and a World War II Army and Air Force veteran.

He is survived by two sons, John Donald Stanton of Las Vegas and Gary Thomas Stanton of California; one daughter, Barbara Marie Wakefield of California; one brother, Roger Stanton of New York; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. services Saturday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be private.

William Thomas, 71, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born July 13, 1929, in Missouri. He was a retired military veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; one son, Curtis Thomas of California; three daughters, Laura Lee Thomas of California and Linda Ann O'Donnell and Lisa Diyorio, both of Riverside, Calif.

Bobby Frank Woolley

Bobby Frank Woolley, 65, of Las Vegas died Monday in Texhoma, Okla. A resident for 36 years, he was a retired truck driver.

He is survived his wife, Juanita; three daughters, Marcquita Wolverton, Lucrita Grable and Juanita Ellis, and one son, Monty Woolley, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Polly Reed of California, Adalier Bains of Oklahoma and Barbra Klepper of Texas; and seven grandchildren.
