StumbleFormer Target exec named adviser to local tech firm

King Rogers, a retired vice president of retailing giant Target Corp., has joined Las Vegas-based Digital Data Development as a strategic advisor.
Digital Data Development, a subsidiary of Systems Research & Development, markets SRD's Nora technology, which is designed to detect "insider" criminal threats, or crimes by employees against a company.
