Read the Review-Journal or Sun or tune into the TV news and you hear the following news. Man shot in head. Police in shootout at apartment complex. Body stabbed in parking lot. Elderly woman raped and robbed in her home. Home invaded, couple assaulted.
It certainly gives law-abiding citizens a lot of peace of mind to know crime is down! Where? On a desert island?
