UNLV's drive toward a berth in the NCAA women's basketball tournament starts in earnest this week as the Lady Rebels will host a pair of Mountain West Conference contests at the Thomas & Mack Center.
UNLV (13-4, 3-2) will tangle with perennial MWC power Colorado State (14-4, 3-2) tonight before taking on Wyoming (9-9, 1-4) on Saturday. Both games tip off at 7:35 p.m.
Saturday will be the second "Pack the Mack" night. Fans will get in for $2, with half the proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House.
The Lady Rebels haven't competed in the NCAA Tourney since 1994, but a pair of wins this weekend would put UNLV on track for a 20-win season and greatly enhance the Lady Rebels' postseason aspirations.
